Refund & Return Policy — Eficel NAC Drops

Due to the sterile and consumable nature of our product, all sales are final once the order has been shipped. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any opened or unopened eye drop products. This policy ensures that every customer receives items that have been handled with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us right away so that we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there is any issue with your order upon delivery — such as:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

  • There is an issue caused during shipment
    ➡ Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation. Our team will promptly assist in sending a replacement when applicable.
